JSC "AutoMechanics.Inc" provides the following services for the implementation and maintenance of the EULER software package:

• delivery of different versions of the EULER PC;
• technical support;
• training;
• development of computer models;
• support (technical support) models;
• consulting;
• making calculations for modeling;
• R & D on modeling of complex mechanical system

Technical support

Technical support includes software updates, telephone consultations, e-mail and face-to-face consultations (by prior arrangement) of the Customer's representative at the Supplier's office. When purchasing a license to use the software package, free technical support is provided for a period of one year. Further technical support is provided on a contractual basis.

Training

Training in working with the software package is carried out in the volume of the basic course of 32 academic hours (4 training days) on the basis of JSC "AutoMechanics.Inc". It is possible to train specialists in a special program coordinated with the Customer.

Development of computer models

The given service assumes delivery of a program complex in the co-ordinated configuration and development of models of products in a program complex with the subsequent its transfer to the customer for use in work.

Technical support models.

This service includes the modernization of previously developed models for the Customer's additional requirements.

Counseling

Within the framework of this service, the Customer's specialists are advised on making changes to previously developed models and when creating new ones.

Carrying out of calculations on modeling.

The given service assumes development of models of a product and carrying out of researches of these models by experts of Joint-Stock Company "AvtoMechanika". The customer receives only the results of the research.

R & D on modeling and research of complex mechanical systems.

Within the framework of this service, a full range of research and development activities is carried out, as stipulated by the Customer's terms of reference, with the fulfillment of all requirements of regulatory documents.
